I hold B.S.c, M.S.c and MBA from NYU-Polytechnic of NY. I thought several course in the Courant Institute of Mathematic, Tel-Aviv and Hebrew Universities.I worked for over eight year as a researcher on multi-layered optical and packet network routing, optimization, operation and services in AT&T Bell Laboratories.I hold several patents on elastic networks and content integrity.
With strong background in the mathematical and information algorithms for the design of very large wireless and terrestrial undersea fiber optical networks. Over twenty years of experience in business and operational understanding of mobile, telecom, media, security and BSS/OSS process automation.
I'm providing services design and deployment for Huwaei, Amdocs, ECI and Nokia customers (see Figure 1). This includes, per-sales activities, PoCs, system integration, services provisioning, automation, HLD, LLD and DLD documentations review with customers and system development teams. Support for RFQ, RFI and review of standards drafts.

SA SBA 5G network services design and PoC: 5GC vIMS, vSBC, TAS, using SBI to deliver UC to leverage VoLTE, VoNR, ViLTE and IoT for machine to person communications. VNF decomposition to CNF, call flows, network slicing templates and KPIs, microservices CNF packaged in containerized images and orchestrated by Kubernetes and Openstack: EN-DC interworking based on network slice instance that forms a set of network function on sub-network instance. Initial services offerings include voice and video conferencing, eMBB & mMTC. The CNF are monitored & integrated using automated data analytics: AI and ML. Enabling FWA, eMBB, URLLC & mMTC using SBA & MEC CNF distribution.
