- Service Creation

• Defined services solution ideation, services market analysis, alignment to capabilities, specification, software tools requirements, defined APIs methods of access for services based on SOA
  

- Service Management

• Integrated solution’s service and supporting SP and enterprise infrastructures
• Coordinated deployment of the managed services platforms (UC)
• Service Assurance, Fulfillment, and Billing (FAB) operations, processes, and services software tools 
• Evaluated workflows and procedures, optimized and incorporate pilots for First Office Applications and Network Operation Center
• Defined operations discovery and assessment, specification and development, deployment and integration, tools for monitoring and provisioning of the services
