- Provided HLSD (High Level Solution Design) design documents and guidelines for the End-to-End (E2E) customer migration as well as BT network overview, migration processes and system design
- Developed migration process enables BTW (BT Wholesale) to manage voice and data orders from CPs (Communication Providers) in a cost effective and project managed manner while meeting CP migration and End User (EU) customer experience requirements
- Defined key success factors for migration is the high level process design to generate an accurate site forecast of customer migration volumes and accordingly quantify the quantities of the network infrastructure built
- Design and identified the plans and timetable for producing the LLSD to support the HLSD
- Migration master deployment schedule, timeline (Plan & Build 21C Infrastructure and Available for Network Use (ANU) processes), network infrastructure build
- OSS impacts (Data Capture & Verification, inventory, interconnect, provisioning, and billing), service solution design (EU Customer Migration), grooming, test and diagnostic requirements, and post migration design (Stability and Fallback)
- Performed analysis on the accommodation of services growth onto the 21CN infrastructure
- BT cost options to enable voice and data growth on the 21CN while customer migration takes place from the 20 CN to 21 CN
